Honorable Abbey DeBoyes is a Colorado native, who grew up in Platt Park Denver. Magistrate DeBoyes went to the University of Northern Colorado for undergrad, and University of Denver for law school. Magistrate DeBoyes worked in defense for about 8 months, clerked for Judge Chris Munch for 9 months and then was a district attorney in Jefferson County for 10 years. Magistrate DeBoyes took a six year break from the law to be a mom and has three super cool daughters. Magistrate DeBoyes is currently hearing domestic cases and working on 35(c) motions.
