Tiffany Mortier, Esq., became the Clerk of the Colorado Court of Appeals in 2025, having worked for the Court since 2003. In her most recent role, Ms. Mortier was the Court’s motions and jurisdiction counsel. Prior to that she served as a law clerk to Judge John R. Webb and as Counsel to Chief Judge Steven L. Bernard and Chief Judge Gilbert M. Román.
