Ericka H. Englert

The Honorable Ericka F.H. Englert was appointed to the Denver District Court bench in August 2019. She is currently assigned to the civil division and has also served in the criminal and domestic relations divisions. Prior to her appointment, she was a trial attorney at Davis Graham & Stubbs, representing clients in complex commercial litigation and criminal defense. She has been a shareholder at Lewis Bess Williams & Weese, Deputy Regulation Counsel at the Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel, an associate at Brownstein Hyatt, Farber Schreck, and a Deputy District Attorney in Denver. She graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law in 2001 and Dartmouth College in 1994. Before law school, she taught outdoor wilderness skills at the National Outdoor Leadership School in Lander, Wyoming.
