Richard Fullerton practices mediation and arbitration and serves on Dispute Review Boards (DRBs), specializing in construction, real estate, and business cases. He is a member of the American Arbitration Association commercial arbitration and mediation panels, a member of the Dispute Review Boards for the Colorado Department of Transportation, and an employment mediator for the US Postal Service REDRESS Program. He is adjunct faculty for the University College at the University of Denver, teaching ADR in the MA in Communication Management program. Dick co-chairs the Ethics Committee for the Mediation Organization of Colorado (MAC).
