Ken Chang, Esq., is a partner and head of the Asia Practice Group at Adsero IP. Ken focuses his practice on IP counseling, licensing, enforcement, and dispute resolution, particularly in China and other Asian countries. He has extensive experience enforcing IP in China, both in court and before administrative agencies. Ken's experience as the founder and managing partner of his prior firm's Shanghai office for five years, and nearly 20 years of dealing with IP in the Asia-Pacific region, positions him to provide insightful, practical, bespoke advice to clients. Ken's work in Asia includes drafting and negotiating supply/distribution agreements, cross-border transactions, and helping companies do business and stay out of trouble in the region.
