Todd Siegler is the CEO and co-founder of Bradford Advisors and a co-founder and partner of Nodal Law, LLC. Prior to founding Bradford Advisors and Nodal Law, Todd was COO, Chief Development Officer and General Counsel for Sovrn, Inc., where he helped scale the company from 75 to 250 employees and strengthen its critical capacities in operations, sales, financial, administrative and corporate development. Prior to Sovrn, he was Chief Development Officer, CFO, Chief Administrative Officer, and General Counsel of Market Force Information, a multi acquisition customer intelligence business. Prior to Market Force, Todd was SVP of Corporate Development for Verio, Inc., a multi acquisition web hosting and broadband business. Prior to Verio, Todd was an executive with Excel Communications, which grew from $500M to $3.5B during his tenure. Todd has 25+ years of management, legal, corporate development, and operational experience. Mr. Siegler represents individual entrepreneurs, start-up, and other private companies, public companies, private equity funds, and other investors. He counsels clients throughout the lifecycle of a business, investment, or project including corporate formation and structuring, equity and debt financings, general corporate and commercial counseling, project development, and mergers and acquisitions.
