Sommer D. Luther, Esq. practices in the areas of plaintiff’s personal injury, insurance bad faith, wrongful death, and medical negligence. Ms. Luther received her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver College of Law. Ms. Luther was admitted to the Colorado bar in 2003 and is licensed to practice in both state and federal court. In 2012, Ms. Luther was named the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association New Lawyer of the Year. Ms. Luther is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, Denver Bar Association, Colorado Women’s Bar Association, Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, and American Association of Justice. Ms. Luther currently serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association and is currently serving as the Association’s Vice President.
