William (Bill) Daley is a 16-year intellectual property attorney with diverse experience and a practice that is focused on providing Intellectual Property counsel in the electronics and software industries. Bill joined Sheridan Ross in 2016 after serving as Co-Leader of the Electronics and Software Practice Group for an international, multi-practice firm serving industry-leading clients.  In addition, Bill was a founding member of a Colorado-based law firm where he offered intellectual property and business related legal services to entrepreneurs, inventors and small businesses. Throughout his career, Bill has handled all aspects of patent preparation and prosecution for a variety of clients of all sizes. Prior to entering the field of law, he worked as an electrical technician and process control computer programmer for a specialty steel manufacturer. Bill earned his bachelor's degree in computer science from Point Park University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and his law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
