Elliot Bloodsworth, Esq., has worked as an ODAR Attorney-Advisor since September 2009. Mr. Bloodsworth has served in three offices during his career with ODAR: the Baltimore National Hearing Center (NHC), the Albuquerque NHC, and since September 2011, the Colorado Springs ODAR. He has been a Senior Attorney Adjudicator since October 2012. Mr. Bloodsworth has served as part of the NHC case-manager training cadre since 2011, and provides training in decision writing to senior case managers. Prior to his ODAR career, Mr. Bloodsworth represented claimants in SSD and workers' compensation proceedings from 2003 to 2009 in Durango, Colorado. Mr. Bloodsworth graduated from Fort Lewis College in 1999 and earned his law degree at the University of Denver College of Law in 2002.
