Kyle P. Seedorf
17th District Court
Honorable Kyle Seedorf was appointed to the 17th Judicial District by Governor Jared Polis in November 2019, and began serving on the bench in January 2020. Before his appointment, he primarily practiced civil defense in personal injury and property damage cases, as well as insurance coverage matters. Judge Seedorf was a partner at Taylor|Anderson, LLP, from 2010 to 2019, after working there as an associate in 2009. He also worked as an associate at Snell & Wilmer, LLP, and as General Counsel and Director of Legal Affairs at the Colorado Department of Higher Education, Colorado Student Loan Program. Judge Seedorf earned his B.A. from Hastings College in 1999, and his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 2002.
