Alan Motes, Esq., is a Trial Attorney in the Denver office of the United States Trustee Program. Prior to joining the United States Trustee Program in 2008, he practiced bankruptcy law at national firms in Texas and Colorado. He earned his Juris Doctor, with honors, from the University of Texas School of Law in 1999, and earned his Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, from Texas A&M University in 1996.
