Peter Muccio, Esq., is a Senior Associate Attorney with Tschetter Sulzer, practicing in the area of landlord representation since 2003. Pete's practice encompasses a wide range of issues, with a heavy emphasis on litigation arising out of landlord tenant disputes. Pete has long been active in the Apartment Association of Metro Denver and was elected to the Board of Directors in 2021. Since 2020 Pete has also served on the advisory Board of the Colorado Landlord Legislative Coalition. Pete is a regular presenter to Landlords via multiple trade organizations and Tschetter Sulzer's webinars. Pete has presented CLEs in the past at the Elder Law Retreat, and in 2020 regarding Colorado Residential Lease Defaults during the Covid Pandemic.
