Brooke H. Meyer

Brooke Meyer is a partner at Livelihood Law, LLC. Her practice focuses on representing employees in employment disputes in matters such as discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wage claims, and claims relating to restrictive covenants and trade secret misappropriation. Ms. Meyer also represents attorneys in the area of legal ethics and attorney discipline defense. Brooke received a bachelor’s degree from Emory University and is a graduate of the University of Denver College of Law. Following a clerkship, Brooke started her career at Baker & Hostetler, LLP, then moved on to practice employment law at the Colorado Attorney General’s Office in the Litigation Section, and
subsequently was assistant regulation counsel with the Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel. She has extensive experience litigating employment disputes in state, federal, and administrative courts. She is currently a member of the Plaintiff Employment Lawyers Association, the Colorado Women’s Bar Association, the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, and the Colorado and Denver bar associations.
