Sarah Steinbeck Adelson is a staff conflicts clearance attorney at Holland & Hart LLP. Prior to joining Holland & Hart, she focused her practice on business law, nonprofit organizations, and securities law, with a brief time also spent on real estate law. Ms. Adelson also served for a number of years as the senior legislative and legal analyst for the Business Division of the Colorado Secretary of State. Ms. Adelson is a member of the Denver, Colorado, and American bar associations. She is the immediate past chair of the CBA Business Law Section Executive Council and chaired the Business Organizations Section of the International Association of Commercial Administrators from January 2010 through June 2011. She also completed the Colorado Bar Association Leadership Training (COBALT) program in 2011. She is a Fellow of the Colorado Bar Foundation. Ms. Adelson received her J.D., with a certificate in alternative dispute resolution, from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and her undergraduate degrees in business administration and psychology (magna cum laude) from West Virginia University.
