Arnulfo D. Hernández, Esq., is the founding and managing partner of Hernández & Associates, P.C., the largest immigration law firm in the state of Colorado. Arnulfo concentrates his practice on immigration law and criminal defense litigation, particularly cases in which both practice areas intersect an area of law known as “crimmigration.” A fluent Spanish speaker, Arnulfo represents immigrants and their families in the Denver metropolitan area before federal and state courts as well as federal agencies. He is admitted to practice before multiple federal appellate courts, the U.S. Tax Court and the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Arnulfo was recognized in the 2022 Edition of The Best Lawyers in America for Criminal Defense. He received the Chris Miranda Outstanding Attorney Award from the Colorado Hispanic Bar Association in 2019. Arnulfo was named “Barristers Best - Immigration Attorney” by Law Week Colorado in 2018-2019 as well as Law Week's 2018 Top Litigator. He recognized 2017-2018 by 5280 Magazine as Denver's Top Lawyers and has been distinguished by Latino Leaders Magazine as one of the country's Top Latino Lawyers 2016-2021. Arnulfo is a past President of the Colorado Hispanic Bar Association and past regional president of the Hispanic National Bar Association. He also serves as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Denver's Sturm College of Law.
