Richard “Rick” F. Bednarski, Esq., has more than 15 years of experience representing individuals and corporations who have been charged with criminal offenses in both state and federal court. Rick is a member of Sherman & Howard’s Litigation department. Rick is dedicated to his clients and achieving the best outcome for them, either through negotiations or trial.
