William T. O'Connell, III is a member of Wells, Anderson & Race LLC. Mr. O'Connell graduated with a B.S., cum laude, from Norwich University in 1992 and with a J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School in 1997. He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1997 and the Colorado Bar in 2002. He is also admitted to practice before the Third and Tenth Circuit Courts of Appeal and the U.S. District Court for the Districts of New Jersey and Colorado. Prior to joining Wells, Anderson & Race in 2002, he clerked for the Hon. Robert A. Coogan at the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division and served as a Deputy Attorney General for the State of New Jersey, specializing in employment and civil rights defense.
