Ian V. O'Neill is an associate in Cooley's Technology Transactions practice group and a member of Cooley's Business department. He joined the Firm in 2011 and is resident in the Colorado office. Mr. O'Neill focuses his practice on a wide variety of Internet, technology, privacy, intellectual property and advertising or marketing matters, including licensing agreements, advertising issues and agreements, contests and sweepstakes and all matters related to the online world, including list and panel building, email marketing, content management, privacy issues and the enforcement of domain names and cyber squatting conflict resolution. Mr. O'Neill is a frequent author and lecturer on online branding and commerce issues.
