Andrew B. Clauss, Esq., is a founding member of Brophy Clauss LLC and practices business and commercial litigation. Mr. Clauss has represented clients in a variety of civil litigation, commercial law and regulatory matters since beginning his practice in 1993. He has litigated cases in state and federal courts and before various arbitration panels and administrative law tribunals around the country. Prior to returning to private practice, Mr. Clauss practiced for six years as an in-house counsel at a major telecommunications company based in Denver, Colorado. As an in-house counsel, Mr. Clauss managed construction, real estate, regulatory and commercial litigation matters and negotiated commercial and government contracts. Prior to moving to Denver, Mr. Clauss practiced at a national law firm based in Philadelphia where he was a Member of the firm. He represented clients in a wide range of matters including state and federal land use litigation, construction and real estate development litigation, directors and officers litigation, corporate litigation, and contract litigation. Mr. Clauss also served as a Deputy Attorney General in the civil division of the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General. He received his undergraduate
degree from the University of Colorado in 1987 and his law degree from the University of
Wisconsin in 1992.
