John McCabe, Esq., is Senior of Counsel at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP. He has concentrated his practice on domestic and international business acquisitions and debt financings, particularly in the cable television, financial services, and natural resources industries. Mr. McCabe also has extensive experience in Uniform Commercial Code and other commercial and consumer law matters. Mr. McCabe is a member of the Colorado Secretary of State's Business Advisory Committee and served for eight years as the business appointee of the Governor of the State of Colorado to the Colorado Commission on Consumer Credit. He is a past chairman of the Commercial Law Division of the Business Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association, and was co-chairman of the Colorado Bar Association Ad Hoc Committee on Revised Article 9 of the UCC and a member of the CBA group that analysed and testified in respect of the 2013 amendments to Revised Article 9.
