Honorable Greg Plank graduated from Creighton University School of Law in 1989. After graduating, he was a staff attorney for the United States Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals for two years. Prior to coming to Colorado, he was a public defender in Sarpy County, Nebraska and a private practitioner in Omaha, Nebraska for approximately eleven years. In 2002, he came to Colorado and was staff counsel for Travelers Indemnity Company for twenty-one years. He currently is a Prehearing Administrative Law Judge with the Colorado Division of Workers' Compensation.
