Carol Lewis, CPA/ ABV, Partner and firmwide leader of Valuation Services. Carol is the firmwide leader of BKD's business valuation services and has more than 30 years of experience advising clients in valuation, accounting, tax and litigation matters, providing services to clients in numerous industries. She is a partner at BKD, a national CPA and advisory firm. She has performed business valuation services for more than 15 years, including valuations for the purpose of financial reporting, estate and gift tax, employee stock ownership plans, divorce and mergers and acquisitions. She has served as an expert witness and has provided testimony regarding business valuation and damages. She is licensed as a CPA in both Kansas and Colorado and is Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) by the American Institute of CPAs.
