Stacie Gollata, Esq., is a shareholder with the Denver firm of Gorrell Giles Gollata PC, a boutique firm in the areas of real estate, finance, banking, lending, business and agriculture. Her 17 years of commercial real estate experience include practicing law with major law firms in Newport Beach, California and Denver, Colorado. Stacie has taken her big-firm practice to a boutique environment, specializing in the representation of landlords and tenants in the negotiation of ground lease development and commercial office, medical office, retail, and industrial space leases. She also focuses on representing clients in the acquisition, finance, development and sale of improved and unimproved real property. Stacie also includes in her practice probono or low-cost representation of low and middle-income individuals, start-up businesses and nonprofits with real estate issues. She enjoys volunteering with her family in her home community of Westminster, Colorado in the schools, open spaces, and with the elderly.
