Ryan McManis is the Head of Litigation for Level 3 Communications, a $6B international telecommunications provider.  In this role, Mr. McManis is responsible for all of Level 3's commercial litigation, employment matters, environmental issues and ERISA related functions within North America.  Previously, Mr. McManis had responsibility for all legal matters related to the company's global real estate portfolio and was the primary legal advisor for the risk management, facilities and environmental teams.  He has also had significant experience negotiating contracts and disputes related to Level 3's IT portfolio, insurance coverage, the Company's mineral interests and several complicated BSP matters. Prior to joining Level 3, Mr. McManis practiced at Ruegsegger Simons Smith and Stern, LLC, focusing on insurance defense, workers' compensation and Black Lung litigation.   He is licensed to practice in the State of Colorado and the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.
