David Poticha, Esq., a Colorado native, is currently the General Counsel and Director of Quality for CPC Clinical Research and Community Health in Aurora, Colorado. CPC is an Academic Research Organization (ARO) located on the Anschutz Medical Campus. CPC as an ARO manages clinical trials and also has a community health and public education arm. As General Counsel David is responsible for all legal operations of the non-profit entity, and as Director of Quality David oversees all QA and QC activities of CPC. Prior to joining CPC, David was the Senior Director and Head of Legal for Biodesix, Inc. (NSDQ: BDSX). While with Biodesix David led the legal team through multiple acquisitions, 7 product launches and a successful IPO. Before Biodesix, David held jobs with Greenberg Traurig as an IP practice attorney, the University of Colorado Technology Transfer Office at the Anschutz Medical Campus as their Senior Licensing Manager, and Myogen Pharmaceuticals, a startup heart disease focused pharma company in Westminster, Colorado. David went to law school at the University of Colorado School of Law, graduating in the top 15%, got his Masters of Science in Microbiology with the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, and graduated magna cum laude with his Bachelor's in Microbiology and Immunology from UCLA.
