Tammy Conover, Esq., is the owner of Conover Law, LLC. Her practice is limited to probate litigation, including contested guardianship/conservatorship proceedings and breach of fiduciary duty actions, estate and trust administration, special needs planning and administration, and Medicaid qualification and planning. Ms. Conover is active in local and national associations, serving on the Legislative Policy Committee of the Colorado Bar Association and as past chair of the Executive Council for the CBA Elder Law Section; is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys; and was the NAELA delegate to the 3rd World Congress on Adult Guardianship in 2014. She is a frequent presenter in the areas of guardianship and conservatorship, Medicaid, estate planning, and other elder law topics for numerous professional and community organizations. Ms. Conover is the co-author of "Estate Planning and Probate," published in Lawyers' Professional Liability in Colorado.
