Justin L. Mills, Esq., shareholder in the law firm of Robinson, Diss and Clowdus, P.C., in Denver, advises business owners and entities on a wide range of prospective corporate and other business tax planning, executive compensation, retirement plan and healthcare joint venture matters. He earned his J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis and his LL.M. in taxation from the University of Denver. Justin currently serves on the Executive Council of the Colorado Bar Association Tax Section and editor of its newsletter. He has lectured on pass-through entities and retirement plan investments in closely held businesses.
