Brad J. Hendrick, Esq., is the head of the immigration practice at Caplan and Earnest in Boulder, Colorado. His practice focuses on employment-based immigration matters which includes assisting public and private organizations with immigration compliance planning as well as obtaining visas and permanent residence for employees. He assists organizations in obtaining visas and other visas that allow work, study, or training in the United States. He also assists employees and families with obtaining permanent residence, citizenship, assisting with PERM labor certifications, multinational manager petitions, outstanding professor and researcher cases, extraordinary ability petitions, national interest waivers, family relative petitions, and immigration compliance. Mr. Hendrick holds a law degree from the University of Colorado’s School of Law, a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Colorado’s Leeds School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan. He is the former Chair of the Colorado Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
