Jeremy D. Peck is a partner in the Litigation Practice Group of the Denver office of Kutak Rock LLP. Mr. Peck concentrates his practice on representing plaintiffs and defendants in complex civil litigation that involves contracts, real estate, security interests, and other commercial matters.
He appears before state and federal courts, including the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado and other bankruptcy courts throughout the country, and is admitted to practice in Colorado. Mr. Peck received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley, his M.B.A. from the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business, and his J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law.
