Lance E. McKinley, Esq., received his law degree from the University of Colorado Law School in 2001. Prior to private practice, he was a law clerk in the Arapahoe County District Court, where he clerked for the Honorable Juanita L. Rice and the Honorable Gerald J. Rafferty. In 2004, he joined Solem, Mack & Steinhoff, P.C., now known as Solem, Woodward & McKinley, P.C. Lance’s practice focuses on probate matters, settlement planning, disability trusts, and public benefits issues. He has previously presented at Colorado CLEs regarding Qualified Settlement Funds, Medicare Set Asides, Medicaid Appeals, and Medicaid estate recovery claims.
