Lance E. McKinley, Esq., received his law degree from the University of Colorado Law School in 2001. Prior to private practice, he was a law clerk in the 18th Judicial District, where he clerked for the Honorable Juanita L. Rice and the Honorable Gerald J. Rafferty. He has been with the firm now known as Solem, Woodward & McKinley, P.C. since 2004. Lance’s practice focuses on probate matters, settlement planning, trusts, and public benefits issues. He has previously presented at Colorado CLEs regarding Qualified Settlement Funds, Medicare Set Asides, Medicaid Appeals, Disability Trusts, and Medicaid estate recovery claims.
