Erin A. Webber, Esq., is the Managing Shareholder for Littler Mendelson, P.C.'s Denver office. Littler is the nation's largest labor and employment firm with over 1000 attorneys in 57 offices across the country, Mexico, and Venezuela. She has been with Littler since 2001. In 2006, Erin opened the Firm's Kansas City, Missouri office. Ms. Webber represents management in various employment matters, with an emphasis on employment discrimination on the basis of sex, age, race and disability, retaliation and workplace harassment. She regularly assists employers with employee and managerial training, and other preventative measures. She is a past President of the Colorado Chapter of the Federal Bar Association and was named a Colorado Super Lawyer from 2010 through 2013. Ms. Webber was ranked in Chambers USA in 2011, 2012 and 2013. She has lectured and written articles on various topics in employment law and regularly litigates employment cases representing management in state and federal courts in Colorado, Missouri and Kansas.
