Greenberg Sada and Moody PCCaroline M. Sada, Esq., has been licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado since 2001, after graduating from the University of Denver School of Law, Sturm College. She joined Greenberg & Sada, P.C. in 2003, as an associate attorney whose practice focuses on creditors’ rights collections, insurance subrogation and breach of contract cases. Ms. Sada is also licensed to practice law in the State of Tennessee and is admitted to practice in United States District Court for the District of Colorado and before the United States Supreme Court. She is also a certified mediator in the States of New Mexico, Arizona and Colorado. Ms. Sada has 27 years of experience focusing on creditors’ rights in the collections industry, having started as a debt collector, for FM Services Corp., which later became Payco General American Credits and subsequently, OSI Collection Services, Inc. During that period, Ms. Sada also obtained her paralegal degree and worked as a paralegal for several years, before proceeding to law school. Currently, Ms. Sada’s practice continues to focus on creditors' rights collections and insurance subrogation matters as well as the defense side of the Federal and State Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) litigation. Ms. Sada serves on the board of the Colorado Creditors’ Bar Association and is active in various committees in the association as well as, with other credit, collection, subrogation and legal associations.
