Gillian M. Fahlsing, Esq., is a partner at Senter Goldfarb & Rice, L.L.C., joined the firm in 2002 after completion of a judicial clerkship. Ms. Fahlsing is admitted to practice in Colorado and has successfully defended cases at both the state and federal levels. Ms. Fahlsing's trial practice has focused upon the defense of civil rights claims in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, and she has succeeded in appeals at the Colorado Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Ms. Fahlsing has been engaged in the defense of public entities since the inception of her career. The majority of her cases pertain to the representation of governmental entity clients such as counties, municipalities, school districts, and other public entities, including university level educational institutions and hospitals, as well as officials and employees associated with those entities. Ms. Fahlsing's practice emphasizes employment related litigation, including First Amendment claims, gender, age, race, religious, and disability discrimination claims, and retaliation and harassment claims. Her practice also focuses on police and sheriff civil liability litigation in the context of civil rights and tort claims.
