Jonathan M. Anderson
Jon Anderson, Esq., is a shareholder with the law firm of Holland & Hart where he represents corporate clients before all levels of government. He has experience representing clients on litigation, regulatory, and government relations matters before federal and state agencies and elected officials. Jon also advises corporate clients on political and election law matters and regularly represents federal and state political candidates. Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Mr. Anderson served as Chief Counsel to Colorado Governor Bill Owens. As a senior advisor to the Governor and his administration, he directed a wide range of legal, policy, and legislative matters. His office was responsible for managing and directing state litigation, negotiation and oversight of state contracts, managing the appointment of state judges, drafting and implementing executive orders, managing the Governor's disaster emergency and response program, and implementing state legal and policy initiatives on a wide variety of matters. Mr. Anderson was selected by the Denver Business Journal for its 2010 "Forty Under 40" class and has been selected three consecutive years as a Rising Star by Colorado Super Lawyers.
