Andrea Wang, Esq., is a Deputy United States Attorney for the District of Colorado. In addition to serving as an advisor and counselor on policy and the day-to-day operations of the office, she supervises the Appellate and Asset Recovery divisions. Ms. Wang also leads the office’s diversity, equity, and inclusion work, and its community outreach efforts, including outreach on hate crimes enforcement. Prior to her position on the executive leadership team, Ms. Wang was an Assistant United States Attorney in the Affirmative Civil Enforcement section, where she worked on civil fraud cases, trespass actions involving public lands, Controlled Substances Act cases, and civil rights matters. Previously, Andrea was a partner and chair of the trial group in a large Denver law firm. Ms. Wang clerked for the late Honorable Chief Justice Mary Mullarkey on the Colorado Supreme Court. She is a graduate of McGill University and the University of Colorado School of Law.
