Erin Robson Kristofco, Esq., is a Senior Assistant Regulation Counsel in the Trial Division of the Colorado Supreme Court Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel. In that capacity, she investigates and prosecutes lawyers in disciplinary and disability proceedings. Ms. Kristofco earned her undergraduate degree from Northwestern University, and her law degree from Lewis and Clark. Ms. Kristofco began as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. James Zimmerman in Jefferson County District Court. Prior to joining the Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel in 2013, Ms. Kristofco practiced insurance and bad faith litigation for eleven years. In 2011, Ms. Kristofco was chosen Barrister’s Best and Best Insurance Lawyer (Plaintiffs) by Law Week Colorado. Ms. Kristofco was also a member of the Colorado Task Force on Lawyer Well-Being.
