Sean Arend, Esq., is the manager of all company legal affairs for SRS|Acquiom, an M&A professional services company, where he also manages product strategy and development. Sean has deep expertise in the venture capital, private equity and M&A industries, and an extensive background in entrepreneurial business management. He has served as General Counsel in a venture-backed technology company and Senior Counsel in an industry-leading public company - managing both legal and business affairs as an executive team member. Prior to that, he was an attorney at Cooley LLP in the Silicon Valley and Colorado offices, where he represented public and privately held companies in their regular business operations and in major transactions, including M&A and financings. His clients included venture capital investors in financing, restructuring and M&A transactions.
