Bethany A. Johnson, Esq., is a partner at Moye White. Beth has been practicing law since 2001 and has developed a substantial practice focused on landlord representation in office, industrial and retail leasing matters. She regularly represents and advises landlords and property managers regarding all aspects of commercial leasing including lease negotiation, resolution of lease disputes, lease enforcement, and property management, and has authored several articles on these subjects. In addition, while Beth currently maintains a transactional practice, she has litigated numerous landlord/tenant disputes on behalf of her landlord clients over the course of her career. Beth also represents her clients in commercial real estate transactions including the acquisition, development and disposition of real property with a focus on industrial real estate development.
