James (Jim) M. Meseck, Esq., currently is a civil litigator in Denver, where he represents and defends clients on claims of professional malpractice, including legal malpractice, real estate broker liability, and administrative licensing matters. He is a shareholder in the firm of White and Steele, P.C., where he practices in both Colorado and Wyoming. He has written and lectured on defending licensed professionals, trends in claims against real estate professionals, real estate scams, dealing with the pro se litigant and other topics. He is an award winning co-author and currently serves on the Colorado Bar Association Real Estate Law Section Council.
