Sara Wagers-Johnson, Esq., is a Colorado native. She is familiar with and passionate about agricultural and rural interests because she was raised on a farm in northeastern Colorado, south of Brush, and has lived in Yuma County for eleven years. Ms. Wagers-Johnson completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Colorado in Boulder and earned her Juris Doctor at the University of Denver in 2001. In 2003 Ms. Wagers-Johnson took the opportunity to relocate her family and her practice in Wray, Colorado to work with farm and ranch families and businesses as well as other folks who make an agricultural based community thrive. Her practice includes a broad range of civil areas with an emphasis in estate planning and administration; real property and land use; entity formation and operations; local governments; and issues relating to mineral and wind leasing and transfers. She also provides mediation and other alternative resolution dispute services.
