Jesse H. Witt, Esq., founded The Witt Law Firm and practices primarily in the areas of civil appeals and construction law. He earned his juris doctorate at the University of Denver and holds a bachelor's degree in astrophysics from the University of California at Berkeley. He is a member of the Colorado Bar Association's subcommittee on appellate practice and the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association's amicus curiae committee, and he served as a law clerk for Judge Frank Martinez of the Denver District Court. He is a frequent author, and his recent works include “Interlocutory Appeals in Colorado State Courts,” which appeared in the April 2012 edition of Trial Talk magazine.
