Jesse Howard Witt, Esq., is Of Counsel to Frascona, Joiner, Goodman and Greenstein, where he focuses his practice on civil litigation and appeals. He earned his law degree from the University of Denver after obtaining his bachelors degree in astrophysics from the University of California at Berkeley. He has argued before the Colorado Supreme Court, the Colorado Court of Appeals, and the Tenth Circuit. He is a longtime member of both the Appellate Subsection of the Colorado Bar Association’s Litigation Section and the Amicus Curiae Committee of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association.
