Josie M. Faix, Esq., is a partner with Mitchell & Faix, where her practice focuses on estate planning; estate and trust administration; premarital, marital, and cohabitation agreements; and complex estate and gift tax planning. Ms. Faix received her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 2001. Ms. Faix is active in the Trust and Estate Section of the Colorado Bar Association, and is the Editor of the Green Book, a yearly publication of the CLE in Colorado. Ms. Faix is also a member of Rocky Mountain Estate Planning Council, Women’s Estate Planning Council, Colorado Women’s Bar Association, Colorado LGBTQ+ Association, The American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys, and a Fellow with the American College of Trust and Estate Council.
