Josie M. Faix is a partner with Balson Faix & McVey, LLP, where her practice focuses on estate planning; estate and trust administration; guardianship and conservatorships; premarital, marital, and cohabitation agreements; and complex estate and gift tax planning. Ms. Faix received her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 2001. Ms. Faix is active in the Trust and Estate Section of the Colorado Bar Association and is currently the chair of the Trust and Estate Council and co-editor of Council Notes, a quarterly newsletter of the Trust and Estate Section. She is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the Arapahoe County Bar Association.
