Robert Goldstein, Esq., drawing on more than 20 years of legal experience, he focuses on practical solutions when providing advice and developing answers to business issues. Robert's complex contract experience includes negotiating and drafting contracts such as co-packing agreements, distribution agreements, supply agreements, and trademark license agreements. A significant and growing portion of his practice involves representing food manufacturing companies -- organic, natural, and conventional -- and the issues and complex agreements unique to that industry.
