Virgina A. Frazer-Abel, Esq., LL.M., received her law and tax degrees from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, her undergraduate degree from Grinnell College, and became licensed to practice law in 2003. She serves as GAL in both domestic and probate cases, Personal Representative, Trustee, Conservator and Special Administrator, and as private counsel. Virginia was sworn in as the Public Administrator for the 1st Judicial District in February 2014. Virginia is also a member of both the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association and of the Trust and Estates and Elder Law Sections of the Colorado Bar Association, where she routinely teaches CLE seminars on Trusts, Probates, and Elder Law.
