Tia M. Zavaras

Evolved Law, LLC

Tia Zavaras, Esq., is the founder and CEO of Evolved Law, a modern litigation and dispute resolution firm built on the belief that legal strategy must evolve alongside the complex human dynamics that drive conflict. She is also the founder of Paws & Justice Law, the firm’s animal law division addressing pet custody, dog bite defense, and related animal law matters. Before transitioning to her current practice, Tia worked as a construction defect litigator, handling high-stakes commercial disputes. She now applies that litigation background to complex divorce, high-conflict parenting matters, and other civil disputes. Tia is a certified mediator, certified Parenting Coordinator/Decision-Maker (PC/DM), and certified divorce coach, integrating these disciplines to support both legal strategy and client stability during litigation. She regularly collaborates with attorneys and legal professionals across Colorado and nationwide on litigation strategy and client coaching in matters involving trauma, intimate partner violence, coercive control, and high-conflict parenting disputes, including allegations of parental alienation and parental harm. She has received specialized training through the University of Illinois to identify domestic abuse, intimate partner violence, and coercive control through structured interview and legal assessment protocols designed for use by attorneys and other legal professionals. Her work focuses on the intersection of litigation strategy, behavioral dynamics, and the emotional realities that often shape high-conflict litigation.
