Mark R. Levy is a partner in the Rocky Mountain regional law firm of Holland & Hart LLP.  Mr. Levy has substantial experience in securities laws, mergers and acquisitions, financial transactions, the operation of corporations and other general business matters.  His other legal activities have included co-chairman of a Colorado Bar Association committee that prepared Colorado's securities law and a member and chairperson (1999-2000) of the Colorado Bar Association Convention Committee.  Mr. Levy served as a member (1992-1996) and chairperson (1994-1995) of the Alumni Board of Directors for the University of Colorado Law School.  Mr. Levy has spoken at a number of legal programs.  Mr. Levy is listed in the Best Lawyers in America and Who's Who in American Law.
