Kent Jay Levine PCKent Jay Levine, Esq., is Chairman of the Real Estate law department of Kent Jay Levine, P.C. Kent obtained his undergraduate degree from Western State College, and Law Degree from Drake University. He serves as Chairman of the Special Advisory Committee of the Colorado Real Estate Commission on Standard and Approved Forms ("Forms" Committee). He holds the DREI (Retired) designation, CRB and GRI designations, member of the Denver, Colorado and National Association of Realtors® (Emeritus), is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker, author, educator, expert witness and frequently speaks on the content and use of the Colorado Real Estate Commission's real estate forms. Past President, Colorado Real Estate Educators' Association, former Council member and former liaison to the Real Estate Section of the Colorado Bar Association for about 25 years. Kent has authored Levine's Bible for Colorado Real Estate Contracts (2014-21), Boxes and Blanks (2012) and is working on updating Levine's Bible for the Colorado Real Estate Contracts and a new Levine's Bible for Brokerage Relationships and Listing Contracts.
