David W. Kirch

David Kirch, Esq., is a partner with Kirch Rounds Bowman & Deffenbaugh PC and has concentrated his practice in the areas of estate planning and probate and trust administration for over 45 years. Mr. Kirch has been a lecturer on trusts and estates at the University of Denver Law School. He earned his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from California Lutheran College and his J.D. degree from the University of Colorado. Mr. Kirch is the column editor of the Estate and Trust Forum of the Colorado Lawyers. Mr. Kirch is past chairman of the Trust and Estate Section of the Colorado Bar Association, past chairman of the Statutory Revisions Committee of the Probate and Trust Section of the Colorado Bar Association, past co-chairman of the CBA Wills and Trust Form Book Revisions Committee, and past liaison between the Trusts and Estates Section and the Real Estate Section of the Colorado Bar Association. He also is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, and a member of the Denver Estate Planning Council. Mr. Kirch has been recognized as one of Colorado's top attorneys in trusts and estates law by 5280 Magazine.
