Frank T. Hill

Frank T. Hill, Esq., retired from the practice of law at the end of 2018 after more than 45 years in private practice. His practice was limited exclusively to estate planning. He is a 1973 graduate of the University of Denver College of Law. An active member of the Trust and Estate Section of the Colorado Bar Association for over thirty-five years, he was a member of the committee which produced Colorado Estate Planning Forms, 1983 Ed., published by Continuing Legal Education in Colorado, Inc., (CBA-CLE) and has been a member of the standing Colorado Estate Planning Forms Committee which developed all subsequent editions and supplements of that book from 1989 to the present. Mr. Hill has also been a long-standing member and former chair of the Statutory Revisions Committee, a member of the Rules and Forms Committee, and has also served as a member of the Trust and Estate Section Council. He has been a frequent lecturer on trust and estate topics at numerous continuing legal education programs and presentations to lay organizations. In 2000 he was elected a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. In 2017 he was named as the recipient of the Richard N. Doyle CBA-CLE Award of Excellence in recognition of his contributions to CBA Continuing Legal Education throughout his many years of practice.
