Mark L. Fulford
Mark L. Fulford, Esq., is currently the oldest surviving member of the bankruptcy group at Sherman & Howard L.L.C. in downtown Denver. Areas of emphasis are in Bankruptcy/Insolvency, Creditor's Rights and Workouts, Banking and Finance, and Commercial Litigation. Has been selected as a Colorado Super Lawyer in all five years the selection has been made, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010. He has also been listed in Best Lawyers in America for Bankruptcy and Creditor-Debtor rights Law, 2010 and 2011. He graduated from Yale University and then Georgetown University Law Center a really long time ago.
